Let's begin by opening a new image 600x600
Floodfill white.
Resize paper of choice to 80 & add as a new layer.
Use mask of choice.
Copy frame of choice & add as a new layer where I have mine.
(I erased the things along the side in mine)
Using your Magic wand click inside Frame, expand by 2.
Resize paper of choice to 50 & add as a new layer.
Selections, invert, delete, select none.
Drop it below the frame layer.
Give the frame a dropshadow of choice.
Add tube of choice where I have mine
(or build your own as I did with my tube as it had many layers).
Drop it below the frame layer & erase the legs that stick out.
Copy tube again & add as a new layer.
Leave this one above the frame layer & again erase the legs that stick out of the frame.
Give it the same dropshadow.
Add phrase of choice in a fat font.
(I used 3-DSwinger)
Using your Magic wand click inside each letter of your phrase, expand by 1.
Resize paper of choice to 55 & add as a new layer.
Selections, invert, delete, select none.
Drop it below the phrase layer.
Resize element 8 to 50 & add as a new layer where I have mine.
Give it the same dropshadow.
Resize butterfly of choice to 65 & add as a new layer where I have mine.
Give it the same dropshadow.
Add copyright & your name.
Save as png & you're done.
