I am using Paint Shop Pro 8.
I used the wonderful artwork of Keith Garvey.

Font I used was "Fiolex Girls"
Let's begin by opening a new image 600x600
Floodfill white.
Copy paper of choice & add as a new layer.
Use mask of choice.
Resize heart frame of choice to 55 & add as a new layer where I have mine.
Give it a dropshadow of choice.
Using your Magic wand click inside the
Frame, expand by 2.
Then add your first tube.
Selections, invert, delete, select none.
Give the tube a dropshadow of choice.
(I resized my tube to 85)
Copy second tube & paste as a new layer where I have mine.
Resize as needed.
(I resized mine to 70)
Give it a dropshadow of choice.
Resize Journal 0f choice to 65 & add as a new layer where I have mine.
Give it a dropshadow of choice.
Rotate flower 5 or 6 right 120 & add as a new layer where I have mine.
Give it a dropshadow of choice.
Then add phrase of choice where I have mine.
Give it a dropshadow of choice.
(I used Fiolex Girls as my font for this)
Resize bird of choice to 15 & add as a new layer where I have mine.
Give it a dropshadow of choice.
Resize the other bird to 15, mirror & add as a new layer where I have mine.
Give it a dropshadow of choice.
Add artist copyright & your name.
Save as png & you're done.
